The Microplastics Repository results from an initiative within the framework of different research projects.
WHAT WE DO
Data gathering! This is key for having a broad and comprehensive understanding of the prevalence, fate and effects of microplastics in different environmental compartments, namely, soil and aquatic environments.
But is also necessary to develop efforts for mitigating the already astonishing amount of plastics in our soils and oceans. And some fungi may be the answer...
